Crest Annual Dues

It is important for us to have beautiful, natural spaces for our residents to enjoy, and it also increases the value of our neighborhood properties (your home). Colonial Crest Association is a 501c3 nonprofit established in 1956 specifically for the betterment of our Crest neighborhood community, and our board members are all volunteer residents. Additionally, our board members petition Lower Paxton Township for Colonial Crest needs that are beyond the association scope.

Resident-homeowner dues primarily fund three areas:

1. The aquatic maintenance, mowing contract, and insurance for the pond. The applications for vegetation and algae control are administered 4x a year by a Pennsylvania State Certified Commercial Applicator and materials are in strict-adherence to the EPA & Commonwealth of Pennsylvania standards.

2. Maintenance of the neighborhood triangles.

3. Neighborhood events for the greater good of our community.  ​

 

Please kindly pay your $48 annual dues by January 31st. There are 2 ways to send in your dues or additional donation:

 

By Check:

Make $48 payment to Colonial Crest Association and mail to, Betty Miller, 4104 Hillsdale Road, Harrisburg, PA 17112. Please include your correct street address if it is not on your check.

Venmo (NEW!):

Send your $48 payment to @ColonialCrestPA (our logo icon is our profile picture). Please include in the "what's this for" section: dues, your name, and street address (e.g. Dues, Betty Miller, 4104 Hillsdale). If it is your first time paying dues via Venmo, use 0422 as the last four digits of the phone for verification.
